Once you sign up for the Solo Connect data plan on the portal (note, this is a different date then when you purchased the Solo Connect Starter Kit), it takes 24-48 hours for the lines to activate, and holidays and other non-business days can extend that.
While we wish the lines could activate immediately, it takes that time for the carriers involved to process the activation and the sims to support data. Please plan accordingly when deciding when to activate your Solo Connect modems and sims!
