How to Stream to Kick

While we work to create a one-touch destination, here are the steps to stream to your Kick channel.

Use the Generic Destination Type

Starting from your Solo portal dashboard. Click "Select New Destination."

Once in the destination selection page select "Generic RTMP"

Login to to Kick and go to your channel's Creator Dashboard > Channel > Stream URL & Key.

Destination Settings

Copy and paste the Stream URL & Key into the destination settings within your Solo portal.

The destination name is for your reference only within the portal.

To change your stream title, do so via your Kick creator dashboard.

Once your URL & Key are added, press submit. This will return you to your Solo dashboard with the destination set. From there make sure your video source is plugged in and press "Go Live."

Important Note when using Solo Stream Tools or LiveU Studio - After pasting your Stream URL, you will need to add ":443.app" to the end in order for the stream to arrive. (see below)
