Some users have a set of 4 modems for Solo Connect, which actually have two total serial numbers between the set of 4 (two modems with one serial, and two modems with another).
These are often in a configuration where LiveU has later merged the two serials into a single, four modem kit - so that the correct subscriptions can be activated when subscribing.
Unfortunately, due to limitations of our backend systems, LiveU cannot support activating either one of the two serial numbers - instead, one serial is the "correct", remaining serial and one serial number is no longer valid.
If you put it in one of the two serials, and see this error message:
That means the serial you tried is the no longer valid serial. Please instead just try the other serial number, of the set of two, which is now the correct serial number.
