Every LiveU Solo includes lifetime support, via e-mail only. It doesn't matter if you purchased the unit from us, from a reseller, or aftermarket. Just email solo.help@liveu.tv, or open a case right here in this same support portal, and someone will get back to you as fast as we can.
However, we do not currently offer any paid, premium, or upgraded support, including for phone support. So please do not email the support address above requesting that a technician call you. All support is via e-mail.
