There are some scenarios where your subscription will not close, and be in the Subscribed state, immediately. This can happen if you live in a region of the world where country rules prevent the system from automatically charging your credit card, or in some cases where your card was declined by your bank but the system thinks it can try again in 24 hours.
You can now pay these open invoices right from the portal, with a few easy steps:
- Go to Payment History in the upper right hand "hamburger" menu:
- Here, you will see all your invoices and any that are in the state of Unpaid are also shown:
- Click on the Unpaid invoice, and towards the bottom of the invoice, you will now see a button labeld Pay - this will take you to a Stripe generated page where you can pay the invoice with any payment you want:
Using these simple steps, you can check for and pay outstanding invoices to make sure you are really subscribed to services!
