To recognize all the users that made an investment in the LiveU Solo, we have launched a special Loyalty Program that will give you credit for every Solo you currently use, when upgrading to Solo PRO.
The Loyalty Credit
For every LiveU Solo (Solo HDMI, Solo SDI, or Solo Plus) currently registered in your Solo Portal account, you can be credited up to $250 towards a service (LRT, Solo Connect, or the forthcoming Stream Tools) on your new Solo PRO.
You don't need to do anything special to claim this credit: just activate a service on your Solo PRO, when you have a current LiveU Solo registered in your account. We will apply a $250 credit directly to your account and any future transactions towards PRO services will deduct from this credit first, before your payment method.
Each LiveU Solo can only be claimed for a loyalty credit once, but you can receive a $250 credit for every current LiveU Solo in your account. In addition, you keep the LiveU

Terms and Conditions
- The offer is only good for a credit towards LiveU services, purchased on the Solo Portal - the credit can not be applied towards a hardware purchase or given back in any form other than a credit.
- For a LiveU Solo to count as a unit you have utilized with your account, it must have been registered in your account for more than 1 month, and you must have previously used any LiveU service on the same serial number (LRT or Solo Connect). Serial numbers registered to your account that are newer than 1 month or that never had an active service during the lifetime of when it was registered to your account do not trigger the Loyalty program.
- Each LiveU Solo serial number can only be claimed once for the Loyalty program regardless of which account initially claims it. If a unit is later deregistered and transferred to another account, it cannot be claimed again.
