Tomorrow, April 20th, we will make a few changes to the way you can convert subscriptions via the portal.
Previously, when converting from annual subscriptions to monthly, the portal would convert the subscription immediately, prorating the value of the annual subscription as a credit towards your new monthly subscription. This was true for LRT as well as Solo Connect.
The new method will mark your subscription to convert only once your current period is over. So, for example, if you have an annual subscription and ask to convert it to monthly, when the remainder of your annual subscription is complete, your subscription will auto-renew as monthly.
Options for cancelation remain unchanged, these always were at the end of the current subscription period.
