How Do I Factory Reset A Solo?

1. Make sure the unit is powered down.

2. Insert a paperclip into the Factory Reset pinhole, which is located right below the HDMI port.

3. While the paperclip is held firmly inside the Factory Reset pinhole, please hold the power button for 15 to 20 seconds as the unit turns on and then release both buttons once the LiveU logo appears.

4. The unit’s screen will display the LiveU logo and it will eventually reboot to the Factory Default software version.
