Solo PRO 10.6.5 Release Notes

Solo PRO Version 10.6.5.C3693.G4aec46c1c is now available.  This is a minor patch on top of Solo PRO 10.6.4 with a few important fixes:

• Support revision 2 video cards (HDMI and SDI).  Please note that versions earlier than 10.6.5 may exhibit some behavior on units that use revision 2 cards, such as not detecting video input unless it is plugged in at boot time, or not showing preview on the unit's screen at all - are resolved by this update.  New units shipping with these revised cards are shipping with 10.6.5 already installed, but if you happen to have unit that was shipped without this version and are experiencing these or similar issues, you should update your unit using the firmware self-select feature.  Any unit shipped earlier then the fourth quarter of 2025 does not contain the revised video cards - however, you may still update to 10.6.5 for other fixes.
• Fixed: In some situations, units would not communicate to the LiveU backend until Customer Success took a step.  For example, just after firmware upgrade (in some cases).  
• New Feature: support for 4 audio channels when using SDI input and SRT output - the configuration change for this was previously required to be executed by LiveU Customer Success, but is now part of version 10.6.5.  

You can update to this firmware version using the self-controlled firmware version feature.
