If you are trying to stream to a Youtube Event and are getting a red error stating ' User Blocked from Streaming' then you must make sure that you have more than 1000 subscribers on the account you are trying to stream to. Unfortunately Youtube put a restriction on accounts, with less than this limit, which doesn't allow them to stream using mobile devices. Below you will find an article explaining this further.

A good workaround for users with less then 1000 subscribers on their channel is to use our Generic RTMP destination type.
