If you get a red error that says You Do Not Have Access to This System, or a similarly worded error, its possible your browser doesn't have access to the back-end resource the Solo portal needs to control solo units.

If you have a secured network, such as your company's network, its possible you need to ask your IT administrator to insure your workstation can access the above resource by allowing that traffic through your firewall. This is because the Solo site interacts directly with the above resource, as if your browser was accessing it.
