What if the charging indicator is blinking red?

The LED light near the 12V DC power input glows solid red when charging, and solid green when fully charged.

What if that light is blinking red when charging? This indicates a problem with charging the internal battery.  Should this occur, you should contact support to see if your unit is under warranty and/or needs repair.  The battery is not charging while the light is blinking red.
