Yes, you can use LiveU Solo with 5G worldwide! In addition to the 4G devices listed in the Supported Modems list, you can use many of the 5G Mi-Fis now coming to the market with your LiveU Solo, over a variety of connection methods.
5G Mi-Fis
Most 5G connectivity today is enabled in the Mi-Fi form-factor, examples include the Netgear Nighthawk 5G and the Inseego M1000 or M2100. These are Mi-Fis that are capable of so-called "Sub-6" 5G as well as Millimeter Wave (MMW) 5G. Different carriers may call these technologies different things, such as Verizon's Ultrawide Band and AT&T's 5G+.
Connecting to Your Solo
As a Mi-Fi, you often have a variety of connection options for your Solo. This includes Wi-Fi, but this may not be preferred due to the wireless signal. Also possible are LAN when the Mi-Fi includes an ethernet port (such as the Inseego M1000), and USB. USB may be preferred as a simple connection mechanism that works on most Mi-Fis. Your solo will see the unit very similar to a USB modem. Note that some of the newer Mi-Fis now require you to set them into modes that support USB connectivity, or allow the USB connectivity via the touchscreen (both Inseego models prompt you on the touch screen to allow USB connectivity).
